prefabAUS Members Advocacy Roundtable

Banking Offsite Construction – Where’s the funding?

Date: Wednesday 10 March 2021

Time: 12pm – 1:00pm (AEDT)

Restricted access to bank funding is a recognised roadblock to increased mainstream take up of offsite construction. This is not unsurprising given that the lending regime was developed for traditional construction.

Moderated by Warren McGregor (past prefabAUS CEO), this virtual Roundtable session seeks input from industry players to advance this discussion around:

  • The Problem – how prevalent is it and how might we quantify it?

  • Solutions – have any workable solutions been devised? Ideas for new solutions.

  • Who needs to be involved in breaking down the roadblock?

  • Representative Experiences/Case Studies

To maximise the value of the Roundtable, submission of comments, suggestions and other input ahead of the session is encouraged. Please forward to damien.crough@prefabaus.org.au

Please note, this is a Members only event.

Special Guests joining the conversation…
